Weagreed was designed as a freelance-based work platform that enables individuals and businesses to connect with the right talent. The homepage provides a step-by-step onboarding experience: creating a profile, adding skills, and finding a suitable project. Sections such as completed projects, user reviews, and popular services were included as social proof to build trust. The "WeConnect" component explains the AI-assisted matching system in a user-friendly way. The listing page features open filters on the left (category, service type, price range, delivery time, etc.), allowing users to narrow their search quickly and efficiently. The service detail page presents the freelancer’s credentials, pricing packages, portfolio items, customer feedback, and FAQs in a clear hierarchy—boosting user confidence and conversion potential.
The platform was built modularly, allowing users to easily create profiles, showcase skills, and match with relevant projects.

Challenges and Solutions
The biggest challenge was designing a balanced experience that serves both service providers and clients. The platform had to feel reliable yet simple at every stage.
To achieve this, the information architecture was completely restructured. Step-by-step instructions like “How It Works” guided users through the flow. Search filters and service cards were optimized to aid decision-making.
On the detail page, pricing comparisons, review statistics, and cross-service suggestions were implemented to increase session time and build user trust. Mobile responsiveness was prioritized throughout the platform.
