About the Project
In the Uyumsoft dashboard project, we simplified complex data structures and designed a modern interface to facilitate users' daily operations.
My Role
Throughout the project, I managed the research, design system setup, and restructuring of user flows, specifically for invoice creation.

Problem Statement
Users were facing information overload on invoice creation screens. Hidden preview features led to errors, while low contrast and inconsistent color usage hindered readability.
Research
We analyzed user complaints from support teams. We conducted in-depth studies of accounting habits (keyboard usage, etc.) through local and international competitor analysis.
Solution Approach
We switched to a "sequential workflow" (wizard) structure to eliminate information clutter and prioritized instant control mechanisms.

Design Principles
We adopted a design language that is suitable for keyboard use (Tab navigation), featuring high contrast and a clear information hierarchy.
Step-by-Step Invoice Creation (Step-based Flow)
To reduce form density on a single page, I divided the process into a 5-step flow. Users minimize errors by seeing only the fields specific to their selected invoice type.

Fixed Instant Preview Panel
I transformed the preview, which used to open with just a button, into a panel fixed on the right that can be toggled. The final version of the invoice can be monitored instantly during data entry.

Data Listing and Hierarchy Optimization
I made the detailed search visible in the incoming invoices list and reduced eye strain by reorganizing the color palette and typography according to information priority.

This was the project where I most clearly observed that experience, rather than aesthetic balance, is what truly matters in UX. I realized that aesthetically focused designs do not always directly improve the experience; design exists primarily to solve problems.
A significant decrease in erroneous invoice submission rates and an acceleration in user transaction completion times were achieved.
