We redesigned 10noo's e-commerce platform with a mobile-first approach, aiming to enhance comparison, product discovery, and accessibility across all devices.
The new interface emphasizes speed and clarity—offering users features like quick view, smart comparison, and improved accessibility while maintaining brand identity with a consistent visual language.
Stunning Results
This project began with deep user behavior analysis. One of the most important insights was that the majority of users accessed the site via mobile devices. As a result, we embraced a mobile-first design system.
We added a product comparison feature, allowing users to evaluate similar tech products without navigating through multiple tabs—simplifying the decision-making process.
To improve conversion, we also introduced a quick view function for each product card. This lets users preview product specs directly from listing pages without opening the full detail page.
We addressed accessibility and content readability challenges by redesigning the homepage search bar to be more prominent. Previously, users couldn’t find the search field, leading to high exit rates. In the new design, the search is always visible and central.
The main homepage slider was also restructured. We standardized dimensions across desktop and mobile and ensured that text overlays are placed outside of visuals. This guarantees image clarity and also benefits users with visual impairments using screen readers.
On product detail pages, we introduced a sticky price and CTA section for mobile. Previously, users had to scroll back up to add items to cart. Now, purchase actions are always accessible.
Lastly, we built a contrast-checked color system based on 10noo’s brand palette, ensuring better readability for all users—including those with color blindness.
But with Risks
The main challenge was organizing high-density information without cluttering the interface. 10noo has a broad product range and a user base that expects clarity, especially when comparing specs.
Another risk was redesigning the gift product visibility. Users were not noticing bundled or promotional gifts. In our new layout, we positioned gift badges prominently on both product cards and detail pages to drive awareness and conversions.
By carefully balancing these UX challenges with visual design consistency and accessibility, we transformed 10noo’s platform into a fast, clear, and conversion-oriented experience.
